Camera notes are cosmetic observations only — never diagnoses, formulas, timing or chemical corrections. Higher tiers add time, not a smarter or more capable AI.
- Member live minutes are a per-member cap that draws from the salon's shared monthly pool — they are not extra platform minutes.
- If members together use more than the pool, the salon either stops at the allowance (default) or pays opt-in overage at $0.50/min. Member plans are salon-editable.
