FAQ

Does StyleGuide AI replace my stylists?

No. It serves clients who are already doing their hair at home and routes anything beyond safe DIY back to your salon.

Can the AI see my client's hair?

During a live call, turn on the optional camera. Still photos are analyzed and sent to Mia as labeled hair observations. She can miss details; these are not a diagnosis.

Will it give color formulas or chemical instructions?

Mia can explain the exact consumer kit instructions supplied for the session and coach basic trims. She does not invent formulas or guide bleach, relaxers, perms or corrective chemicals.

Is billing live?

Not yet. Prices shown are launch proposals; checkout, customer billing and minute metering are not connected. Live conversations use our Anam demo account, with a 5-minute call limit.

Who sets member prices?

Your salon. You own the customer relationship and set member prices; your StyleGuide AI platform subscription is separate.
